The lobby on the first floor you mentioned is just the entrance hall of the hotel, with concierge service; the bathroom in the room has a designed solid wood sliding door, and you can close the sliding door as needed The brand concept and design of Aoluguya are inspired by Aoluguya, the last hunting tribe in China. The decoration materials of the hotel are mainly solid wood and original ecological stone. You reported that the swimming pool and sauna are not open. We have instructed relevant departments to step up inspections and ensure that all equipment is normally open during business hours every day. The water quality of the hotel swimming pool is tested every day to ensure that there is no problem. I am very sorry that due to the negligence of our room service staff when changing the room status, you mistakenly entered the room number of the room that is closed for maintenance, which caused you to stay in the wrong room status.
