I wasn't impressed for the price honestly. The room was pretty average. The bed and tv was good at least. Shower was OK. The breakfast was really bad. I expected much better! Wouldn't stay again.

Hotel is in a good location. Easy enough to get to the ice and snow world, quick taxi ride. Hotel itself is nice enough, room was very big and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were super helpful especially for helping us arrange a large taxi for all of our luggage. Only real big bear was the room was insanely hot and no way to control the temperature, couldn’t sleep due to the heat, neither could my friends in their rooms. So we had to open windows which wasn’t ideal due to the high pollution levels outside. If management could allow the use of the air con in the room it would have made sleeping a lot more comfortable.

Great room for the money. Very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us order a taxi to the airport.

Great hotel and great location. Not too far from everything you want to see in Harbin. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was also good 👍🏻

Amazing hotel. Warm and beautiful, close to the ski center and shopping mall. Staff is helpful, even upgraded our room just because our key cards didn’t work!

My experience here was okay. I was surprised to find out that they didn't have a central A/C system in the room. The room was a bit chilly, so I was offered a second duvet because there was no remote controller in the room to control the heater. I didn't sleep well the two nights I spent there. However, I think the hotel staff was helpful and the check-in was fast.

The hotel location is not convenient to several attractions . There us no good restaurant or metro or bus stop near by . The hotel staff are good and friendly and very helpful but the location is not convenient .

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The facilities were adequate, though an earlier breakfast would have been nice for ease of getting to other areas of the city early. We did not have the breakfast each day because of this, but when we did the selection was decent. The gym was delightful as the weather was cold for outside exercise. It's hours were suitable for early and later workouts (6:30am - 9:30pm).
The room was a highlight as it was spacious, clean, quiet, and well maintained. It was warm enough for cold winter nights, and comfortable.
We would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Harbin. It is about 13 km from many of the main sights of Harbin, but that allows for some distance from the busyness in the festival times.
