My favourite part of the hotel is the self serviced laundry. The guest room itself is quite old and smelly. Furniture is dirty and bed linen is tired. Breakfast is average. Overall the hotel is far below the standard of Sofitel and definitely not a 5 star hotel.

I had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

Dated hotel . badly in need of a refurbishment. Queen-sized rooms are pretty small really. Avoid the cooked western-style breakfast , for one its a rip-off at 168 RMB per person , and something was definitely not fresh as I spent two days on the toilet.

The hotel was clean and fine. Breakfast was good, but there were a few issues. WiFi was a pain to access on my laptop. I just gave up there. Major issue was the temperature in the rooms. So hot. We were told that thermostat control was fixed. Made sleeping uncomfortable.

Indoor swimming pool temperature was enough to swim, hotel staff was all kind and sorted out everything quickly. We even could enjoyed the Lion Dance at the hotel lobby on the first day of ***** New Year. 交通：Hotel is just next to Wanda Mall so we could go LaoChangChunBing branch and big supermaket easily. 卫生：Pleasant stay except for some smoking smell.

It was my first time in Harbin. I didn't want to follow the crowd and stay at Central Street. The room rates were ridiculously expensive and there were a lot of people. So I chose this hotel from the Top 10. I often travel to various places for business and have stayed in many star-rated hotels. This time was very different for me. Before I entered the hotel, the customer manager Alisa added WeChat and asked me in detail about my preferences and expectations for staying in the hotel and recommended the nearby night market according to the time I entered the hotel. It was a very considerate and professional five-star butler service. When I left, my child took away the drinks in the refrigerator that needed to be paid for. Alisa also communicated with the front desk in a timely manner and solved the problem, which brought this short trip to a perfect end. Thank you very much

The hotel is unique and exudes a strong sense of age, as if it allows people to travel through time and space and experience a different atmosphere of life. However, even though the years have left traces on the walls, the hotel still retains its unique personality and charm. The hotel's service staff left a deep impression on me. Their hospitality and meticulous care made the guests feel at home. Xiaoyu is particularly worth mentioning. His professionalism and kind service made me feel warm. Whether answering questions or providing help, he is always patient and meticulous, which makes people feel very satisfied.

I have stayed at Sofitel several times, but this is my first time staying at Sofitel Erbin. The five-star quality is the same as always. The oxygen bar fresh air system in the room is impressive, and the air feels particularly fresh. The customer manager Xiaoyu was very professional and considerate in the service before, during and after check-in. He helped to solve the small matters that needed communication in time. There is also a dragon tower near the hotel that overlooks the panoramic view of Erbin. It is very beautiful next to Xiangjiang Park, Wanda Plaza, subway, etc. It is very convenient for eating and shopping after traveling.

It’s hard to find a good dog-friendly hotel in Harbin, but I didn’t expect that this Sofitel allows dogs! Before checking in, Andy thoughtfully called me and added me on WeChat. Helped us upgrade the room type and also provided free drinks from the minibar~ There is a large park in front of the hotel, which is very suitable for walking dogs (outside)! The baby is also domineering in the hotel, and he is not looked down upon at all~ The response of room service is also relatively timely, parking is also very convenient, and it is free for hotel guests.
