很差，養蟲子的房間，一進門陽台不知道堆了什麼，都是蟲子，沒有花灑不通知，很臟，沒有電梯的老破樓，要門外上四層，我第一次遇到店家讓我提前一天沒入住就問幾點走的，讓我提前告訴他。睡玩身上起包了。大家避雷吧。而且不回訊息。不道歉

老房子，但很乾凈，在居民區四樓，很安靜！離兆麟公園很近，步行10多分鐘就能到中央大街。不錯的選擇。

房間比較大 床很大 有洗衣機和廚房 從窗户往外看挺好看的 晚上不開空調暖氣片也很暖和 離聖索菲亞教堂和中央大街步行都很近 很方便 就是樓比較舊 沒有樓梯 長者上樓可能有點不方便 但是其他的都很滿意！
