The front desk staff has a very good attitude and can provide convenience according to the actual situation. Very satisfied. The hotel facilities and environment are quite satisfactory. Every room is huge. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the short-haired lady who cleans the hotel. She only cleans the room and takes out the trash. I don't even want to sweep the floor, let alone mop it. We checked in consecutively and the sheets were not changed for 2 days. Cleaning the room and still complaining! Toilet paper has to be returned and requested every day. This service really affects the overall image of the hotel.
