It’s convenient location, to eat dinner, to see the museum. It’s near to the subway station of 博物馆, just 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds of dishes, bread,sandwiches, salads and fruits. It’s good for foreigners

I stayed three nights at the end of August. It was my first visit to Harbin. All in all I was pleased with the experience. I was nervous about finding a non-smoking room in Harbin—many of the hotel profiles I looked into stated they have no such rooms available (imagine that in 2024!) but I'm pleased to report my 6th floor room smelled fine. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for one person. Plenty of hot water. Also plenty of electrical outlets for charging phone, laptop etc. No view to speak of but I wasn't there to gaze out the window, and it was blessedly quiet. I ended up not partaking of the free breakfast so I can't report on that. But service was good. Very efficient check in and check out. The room cleaner was cheerful and friendly. It's a decent location—only about a three minute walk to the Helongjiang Museum metro station. And I had no problem getting a taxi (Didi) for the trip to the airport. Solid value for the price.

Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away. Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices. Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful. Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows. Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport. A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

Generally it was a pleasant stay at Hilton by Hampton, especially we got the chance to experience the frozen attic windows.

This is a nice hotel with good location and very reasonable price, it's a real well-managed hotel brand which never let you down.

A modern hotel with a vibrant theme. Everything was perfect. Front desk staff are all professional and helpful. Kevin at the front desk was professional and helpful. He helped me to write down the places of interest in both Chinese and English so that I can get around. The laundry room is a nice touch too since I am away from home for a while. Convenient location that offers various food options. Well done Hampton by Hilton!

It is situated in an excellent location, and the service was commendable

facilities are dated and rooms has strong smell. It's great other than that.

Service is great. Everyone is nice. The restaurant within the hotel was pretty good. They serve breakfast buffet in the morning (would recommend) and lunch and dinner later in the day. You can scan the code in the room, order it and have it delivered to your room, very convenient when it's -20 outside. The location itself is central, 10 min taxi to the central market, morning market and Sophia church, about 20 mins to the snow and ice world. Walking distance to the mall and shopping.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The suite was well designed and ideal with 2 young kids. Only bad thing was I couldn't turn down the central heating. Even with the windows open it didn't cool down. It was in the middle of the winter and the room temperature was 27 Celcius. It was too hot to put on anything more than shorts and t-shirt inside the room. Buffet breakfast has everything you'd want. There is a small supermarket nextdoor and some good restaurants in the area.

Service was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and catered to both local and international travellers.

Nice , clean, Friendly front staff service where they meet your requests and 5min walking distance to museum train station . Good location where a lot of underground shopping mall to buy cheap winter clothing around the vicinity.

This was a great stay. Not many great hotels but this one was clean and spacious. The only issue was that the room was a bit too warm. We had to be moved to a different room and eventually we had to crack open the windows for some air.

Despite it being an international hotel chain, nobody can speak English. Moreover the staff are not friendly nor helpfull . In the room missing basic things like toilet paper, slippers and bath towells. The Room was not clean. Bathroom smelly!
