房間説實話不是很大，但是很乾凈，自動窗簾很乾凈，沒有一點兒灰塵，地毯也很乾凈，而且最主要的是離松花江鐵路橋，斯大林公園，防洪紀念塔和中央大街太近了，走着幾分鐘，近中央大街北端，附近有超市，飯館等，性價比超高！

房間很乾凈就是比較小，一個人住剛剛好，衞生間寬敞，早餐比較豐富，青菜水果酸奶都有，粥好喝，距離中央大街有點兒距離，附近就有個宏大老菜館，總體感覺不錯

超高的性價比和絕佳的地理位置是這家酒店最大的優勢，如果是來哈爾濱旅行，從酒店出發可以輕鬆愜意地完成松花江網紅橋-防洪紀念塔-中央大街-索菲亞教堂的city walk，入住一個晚上就可以體驗到哈爾濱旅行的必打卡點。 但是，“一啖砂糖一啖屎”，酒店存在的問題是我所不能忍受的。 1、酒店位置絕好，同樣的酒店的環境就很嘈雜。天氣晴好、非週末節假日的晚上江邊有很多人在唱歌表演，我的房間在6樓，嘈雜的歌聲一直到晚上11點才陸陸續續停下來。 2、酒店的房間非常的小，小到讓我以為是入住到了香港的尖沙咀而非祖國最北邊的哈爾濱。如果有兩個24寸的行李箱在房間裏是很難同時打開的，如果同時打開了行李箱那就很難在房間裏轉身了。酒店的格局佈置，房間和洗手間是完全平行的，也就是説如果標準大床房的面積是16-22平方米，那房間除卻洗手間的使用面積就大概是在11.2-15.4平方米左右，而房間的大床是足足的1.8m的大床，所以侷促的空間是可以實際計算出來的。 3、酒店房間的私密性很差。我的房間是6樓的大床房，實打實是看的到江景和松花江橋的，但是酒店和對樓的老住宅公寓的樓間距非常親密，也就是説你可以在房間裏欣賞到江景但同時你也可能是別人眼中的“風景”。 4、這是我本次入住最不滿意的一點，酒店的衞生情況很差。洗手間的淋浴房的地漏有反味，房間狹小如果開着洗手間的門，一走進房間就會有一種進了廁所的感覺，不適反胃感嚴重。另一個是酒店的床品體驗感極差，我沒有實質的證據是指責酒店的床品不乾淨，但是我入睡的體驗是睡著了沒一會兒就渾身發癢，癢醒之後就很難入睡。 總之，我入住這家酒店的入住體驗反饋是很差的。我覺得這也可能是我的問題不是酒店的問題，可能是我比較挑剔、花這麼點錢就嫌七嫌八的，問題是在我選錯了這家酒店。但是，覆盤下我入住一晚的居住體驗是，音樂嘈雜到了晚上11點多勉強到了12點入睡，1點多睡到被癢醒，在侷促而反味的空間裏轉輾反側到了天亮，我想我對酒店的評價已經可以算是客觀且容忍的了。那當然，如果我可以提高我的預算那就可以解決很多的問題，實際我也是這麼處理的，退掉了這家酒店一天的房間，換了其他的酒店，也確實很多問題都被解決了。 最後，我對酒店的評價就是，性價比極高、位置極好、服務人員態度很好但是居住體感極差。
