For the questions you raised, we have trained and emphasized the relevant details as soon as possible. No guests have raised the issue of water temperature. We will pay attention to observe and test whether the alternation of hot and cold water in all rooms is abnormal. Our pillows are all fluffy pillows. If you think they are too high, you can contact our front desk partners to send you a low pillow. I am sorry that I didn’t remind you when you checked in.
