Hotels near Tongyi 4D Cuojue Art Museum, Harbin

Because I stayed there during training, the decoration is very old, but the location is really great, just a few steps away from all the popular attractions, but because there are often many people attending meetings, check-in and check-out are frequent, and there are not enough cleaning staff. We agreed to check in at 2 pm, but we didn’t get into the room until 18:00. As a result, the slippers and coffee cups of the previous guest were not cleaned up, the floor was not clean, and there were still nails on the table in my friend’s room that were not cleaned up. Oh! They have limited cleaning staff. It is said that one person has to clean 40 rooms quickly. There are many guests waiting to check in in the lobby. Can’t they hire more people? Relying on the good location, the service is outrageous. There is also a check-out card that was handed over to the front desk in person, and people were asked if they wanted to stay another night when they arrived in Yichun because they didn’t see my room card. I was really fed up, because I didn’t bother to care about staying for one night, which affected my mood for traveling.

+ location was great, rooms were cleaned daily, facilities were nice and front desk staff was also nice. - a bit difficult to communicate if you are just visiting and don’t speak Chinese. One of the breakfast attendants was quite rude. I asked for water (in Chinese) and she wove her hand in my face, said “don’t have” and walked away. So I used the kettle of hot water to fill my bottle and the staff also seemed annoyed by that. Another time we asked if it was okay to get another coffee and she just wove her hand in our face. The other staff were good though.

We reached the hotel at 3AM the very early morning time with notice in advance. The checkin process is quick within lesser than 5mins. The property has the good location which is within walkable distance to the frequently visited attractions of the city. The time when we paid a visit to the city, beautiful lines of blossoms are blooming leading to the foremost satisfaction of staying here. Finally, the checkout is quick and sanitary staff also is friendly and helpful though there is language barrier but body language helped by the way. It’s recommended if you want to seek good property for stays during Harbin center.

Very unsatisfactory experience 1. The house is very, very small and the suitcase cannot be opened. 2. Windows are marked, but the corridor is basically the same as without windows, dark (it is recommended not to mark it with windows) 3. There is no place to put clothes in the bathroom 4. Also, the worst thing is that the door to the bathroom is not closed tightly. After taking a bath, the toilet and bathroom floor are covered with water, which is very, very uncomfortable. The sanitation and service are pretty good. There is a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is about to finish get off work. The catering is relatively complete, but the accommodation facilities are too poor.

The Russian-style decoration is very suitable for experiencing exotic customs. The room is not very big but the bedding is clean and very comfortable. The hotel's hardware is still very good. I stayed for four nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, which is very convenient. In addition, the hotel is next to Harbin Station, so it is not too convenient to take the train.

The location is super good. It's close to Central Street and Sophia Church. It's not far to walk there. The room price is so cost-effective in such a central location. The room is not small. The lady at the front desk also thoughtfully upgraded a room type for free. The service is great. I'm hungry at night. I ordered takeout and a robot delivered the food~ I slept very comfortably all night! Must give a huge thumbs up👍🏻

A newly opened four-star hotel with an excellent location, right at the high-speed rail station in the city center. You can get to the hotel right after getting off the high-speed rail. The lobby is bright, clean and sanitary. The front desk is friendly, but the authority is a bit limited. 🚽The flushing is not very easy to use, I don't know if it's because I don't know how to use it or what. Overall it's still very good, very cost-effective

The service of the staff at this hotel is very good. Staff are humble but receptionists can’t speak English. Only one guy whom I guess he is a front office manager, could speak some English. Also breakfast at this hotel is superb! It’s full of varieties of food but mostly Chinese food, not Western food. It’s really impressive for me to have breakfast here. There’s also big shrimps in the buffet line. I have never seen this option from other hotels. The room itself is also spacious. Location of this hotel is perfect, quite close to all main tourist attractions.

The room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of a third world country. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat strips they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.
