Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air

I’m sure some people might find this an overreaction given the current state of the economy, but I expected to be informed at check-in that there was a $10 charge for breakfast. Blah scrambled eggs, well-well done bacon and limited accompaniments didn’t enhance the experience ! To be fair, the hotel itself was very nice but a bit overpriced for its value. Just beware that this 3 star hotel does charge for something that is included in every other hotel that we have stayed

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was clean, although I could hear water running through the pipes from the rooms above through the wall. Which was loud enough to wake me up and a little unusual.

The room was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable. Staff was more than accommodating. The only problem we encountered, was that the bathroom had no heat, so after a nice warm shower, the bathroom was cool.

Room was ok but sheets a little dirty and shower did not really have hot water and kept shutting off. Price a little high for area

Checking into our room was fantastic as the reception was warm and courteous. Cheryl was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure the 2 rooms that I reserved were close to each other. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the checking out process as I had to wait for over 10 minutes to find the women by the kitchen gossiping with the dining staff when she should've been at the front desk. She apologized when I found her but, she should have been sitting in the front as that is a very important role.

Great newer property. Easy mobile check-in. Room was comfortable and spacious. Easy parking and arrival. Entire property was clean and in pristine condition.

Clean - friendly - fairly quiet - safe ….. all very important and nice …… 2 issues ….. could not stop the HVAC fan at all which usually keeps me awake, And 2. I usually don’t comment on bedding but really could you afford to put some stuffing in the pillows Otherwise it was a good place to stay at a reasonable rate

Bed was hard as a rock, we had to leave a day early, already paid for. Hot inthe room, could not keep it cool. And, no room service and the website said they did.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had a great time. The hotel was recommended by my cousin and they exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and staff was helpful. No trouble finding parking on site.
