I visited Haridwar and Rishikesh with my family for some relaxing vacation. We opted for Hyatt Place, a relatively new hotel belonging to a trusted brand. Hyatt Place is well-located just a couple of kilometres before Har Ki Pauri ***** the main road, which facilitated easy travelling to all places around. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and our room was large, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. But the peak of our stay was certainly the outstanding dining experience. The restaurant staff, particularly Bhaskar, Ajit, Ibanri, and Chef Daya, exceeded all expectations to ensure that our stay was truly exceptional. Their perseverance and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly impressive and left a great impression on us. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we really enjoyed the hospitality and effort that made our journey all the more special.

I recently stayed at hyatt place and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in seamless and quick. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. Iba, sahil and others at the restaurant made the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. Kudos to the team

Superb new property- just before entering Haridwar - room were clean - break fast had wide spread and Chef Mr Joshi was very supportive who ensured our special needs are fulfilled well. All bakery items were eggless which was very comfortable for pure vegetarian like us
