Location was good. Staff was supportive. Bed size for 2 people with 1 kid was smaller. Washroom was clean.

Overall experience was great, rooms are spacious and the facilities are good enough. Check in was very quick as we did our booking from mm t and got discount of 20% on food bill too.

Checked in 04th April, midnight. Unfortunately, my experience was not as satisfactory. During my stay, I encountered several issues with the rooms I was provided. Initially, I had to request room changes three times due to malfunctioning air conditioning units. Upon finally settling into the fourth room, I was dismayed to find that while the air conditioning was functioning properly, there were additional issues. The lights in the room were not working/. Furthermore, I encountered a mosquito infestation, which made the room uncomfortable. As a frequent traveler, I understand that occasional issues may arise. However, the accumulation of problems during my stay was disappointing and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment.

The ambience was very nice. Staff behaviour and hospitality was wonderful. The food was awesome especially the breakfast. I had a pleasant stay here.
