Hotel is situated very close to haridwar bus stand & railway station. I booked one deluxe double ac room. The room size was okay. Ac was working. Bathroom was neat and clean. Overall i was satisfied with the room and service.

There were a lot of power fluctuations and the room was unclean before handing it to the next traveller.

No Lift was there,Rooms need to be renovate.Bath rooms and rooms were clean.Receptionist was helpful.Rest staffs need to be trained.

Very poor service worst room no recommended any one. No light and no lift for going 4th flour bad attitude
