It was worth…stay was comfortable, kids and family enjoyed. Staff was very supportive and helpful and food was good. Marriage ceremony went very well and the experience was memorable. We had booked close to 35-40 rooms and our family members were happy.

Ddnt stay in hotel. Wedding reception was performed in the hall. Staff was cooperative and behaved well. Nice looking ambience and service by the staff was good. Black out happened during ceremony. Propmt backup of genset didnt happen as expected. Rest all was normal and satisfactory.

I recently stayed at lemon tree hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, situated right on the highway, with easy access to nearby tourist spots and public transport, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel stood out for its cleanliness and well-maintained surroundings. The ambience of the rooms, lobby, and corridors was inviting and added to the comfort of the stay. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, though i felt there could have been more variety in the bakery section. Despite a few minor issues, the hotel staff addressed them promptly and efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free stay. A bit more fine-tuning could enhance the already commendable service, but i would definitely consider staying here again for the warmth and quality it offers.

The hotel claims to be 4 star, and though the property may just achieve 3 star in the west, the service is extremely poor. During my 2 night stay here, I had to speak to the GM twice to get fundamentals such as bathtowels, hand towels, ironing board, cleaning, toilet rolls. These should not require me presenting written requests and speaking to the GM!! Overseas visitors, Lower your expectations, else you will be very disappointed .

Very bad services by lemon tree group. When check in the room, ll not working, tv not working. No provided by staff for reception not picked up so many times. If we have to place the request we have to visit the reception every time. Problem not resolved till we had checked out next day. Never recommend any person the book the room in lemon tree. Even they have charged the wifi usage also, but after argument they have removed.
