Spent three days here for my birthday in March 2035. Hats off to the GM Vikas. The team is excellent and very hospitable. Service with a smile and never a no. The location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. I was amazed at the quality of the vegetarian food. It's so good and the variety is immense.

Amazing place and very friendly staff especially Hemant, Nandini, Nikita and Aanchal. The staff took care of our needs during the entire stay. The private River Ganga aarti is so special. Truly memorable stay and will surely stay at Pilibhit House again.

We had travelled for our Holi celebrations to this lovely hotel managed by the Taj group and the stay was top notch. The food,rooms and hospitality were all commendable. As we arrived the hotel we were upgraded to the junior suite facing the Ganga river with a large terrace which our children thoroughly enjoyed . The hospitality team needs a special mention which took really good care of our food requirements ( tailor made cuisines). Thanks to Deepak (chef) and Kuldeep (hospitality) for making our stay memorable. The Holi celebrations at the hotel was one to remember with flowers, colours and music. Also the Ganga Aarti at the hotel with provisions to take a dip in the river was blissful. ❤️

I am traveling with my sister-in-law to celebrate our 55th birthdays. We were positively overwhelmed by our stay. The staff welcomed us warmly and were kind and attentive throughout our stay. It seems that one of their main goals here is to make their guests feel cared for. They even helped us have a beautiful birthday celebration where we were blessed by local Hindu Priest But that’s not all…. The location and decor are stunning and the food is delicious. We were able to attend a yoga class in the morning and sit by the Ganges River and enjoy the talent of local musicians. Thank you to the staff - Anchal, Ajeet, Sanjay, Kuldeep, Kishan , Vikas Poonam - who made our stay very special. We are so grateful.

I loved staying here! The hotel is beautiful and right by the Ganges. The food was amazing - they only serve vegetarian, and Chef Deepak's dishes were so tasty! But what made our stay really special was Mr. Kuldeep's warm welcome. He made us feel like we were at home! I'm definitely coming back! Great food, great people, and a beautiful location.

It was very peaceful stay here, Mr. Ashutosh and Ms. Anchal were very dedicated to their work , also Mr. Hemant given very right guidence for temples. Ms Yamuna and Ms. Nikita brief us about the temple, very helpful staff. Mr. Gautam is very polite during my whole trip , I'll suggest to everyone to stay there at least one time in life. Thankyou to all the staff and beautiful team at Pilibhit House haridwar.

My stay was wonderful in Pilibhit House. And all the credit goes to Hemant Singh from the front office department he was so caring and he made sure that everything was up to the mark for my stay. Appreciate it! And kudos to the whole team, really enjoyed it
