Very nice place. Amazing location at the mall road and very cooperative staff. We really enjoyed their complimentary high tea with delicious snacks. Overall real value for money food very tasty and room was neat and clean

Very difficult to reach at location, crowded place, washroom foul smelling, exsose fan not working, inter com not working, complementary water bottle supply even after asking 2 to 3 time

The facilities were ok but not good, there was no bath soap and at the time of booking it was written in their facility that the room will be cleaned daily but when i asked for cleaning they said that they will clean it after checkout.

Location is dicey where during the day even rickshaws cannot enter hotel gate. The bedsheet was not clean enough which was changed. Toilet was smelly. The best thing about the hotel was the boy at the reception who is extremely efficient and hospitable named sohan upadhyay. He was helpful and prompt in all his services. However it's walking distance from hear ki pawri ghaat and absolutely next door to mansa devi ropeway counter. These two were plus points

The hotel is conveniently located next to the mata mansa devi ticket counter. The quality of the rooms, restaurant, and food is excellent. Since it caters to budget travelers, it's a bit of a walk, around 10-15 minutes, to hear ki pauri. They also accommodate late check-out.
