We definitely expected a Fern experience but what we got was a sub par 1 star hotel experience. The room at first glance was good but then the ac control was broken, the blanket was soiled. The room floor was not clean and the towels in wash room were old and beaten out. We had dinner at the hotel and really regretted it

We booked a room at this hotel expecting a pleasant stay, but the experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue was the food quality, which was absolutely terrible. For room service, we ordered Tomato Dhaniya Shorba and Hakka Noodles. The shorba was bitter and completely off in taste. The Hakka Noodles were even worse—undercooked, with no salt or spices, and consisted of only capsicum and carrot as vegetables. When we complained, the staff took the food back and replaced it, but the noodles were still undercooked, and the tomato soup was below average. Hoping for a better experience later, we ordered vegetable pakoras in the evening. These too were bland and tasteless. When we returned them, the staff replaced the dish but served half the original quantity! The food quality and service were extremely disappointing. If you are considering staying here, I strongly advise against it unless they improve their kitchen and service standards. Worst dining experience ever!

Stayed for 3 nights. Spacious rooms. Front desk staff was helpful. Very limited options in complementary breakfast, food cooking was too slow. Food quality was not upto mark. Swimming pool was under repair. It wasnt mentioned at the time of booking. So over all overpriced deal.

Hotel rooms are not in good condition, staff has not my job attitude. Food i’d pretty ordinary. Noise from you left and right side room continuously disturb you. Can’t think of a single good point about hotel room except the guard at the main gate, who i’d willing to help you for car entry/ exit and otherwise.

Our experience was terrible. The property is old and not well maintained. Buffet breakfast trays were empty, the little food served was cold and of low quality, and the tables were unclean. We requested for a heater or an extra blanket, the service desk couldn't provide either after multiple calls. Would never visit this property again.
