On arrival we had high hopes a beautiful building with much history. Stunning covered courtyard, but unfortunately zero customer service. To put it into perspective our bar bill was €15 Including water for room it was impossible to get a drink from the surly barman. Bar remains closed most of the time..No room service ,no tea or coffee making facilities. No bin in bedroom. A real disappointment. Across the road is a lovely hotel good bar always open and happy smiling staff

hotel en pleno centro de Haro con un excelente servicio (el conserje de la mañana excepcional¡¡¡). Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, especialmente los lavabos, pero el edificio y el patio interior son una maravilla.

El edificio es muy bonito y la ubicación es muy buena. No es un hotel de lujo pero las habitaciones son amplias y los baños grandes. El servicio es muy atento. El wifi es muy rápido y fácil de conectar. El desayuno es bastante completo salvo si buscas un té bebible.

Très beau bâtiment, un ancien monastère rénové, confortable. Il manque quelques détails par rapport à ce qu'on attend d'un quatre étoiles (pantoufles, robe de chambre). Personnel pas très empressé sauf un monsieur très serviable. Petit déjeuner très moyen, notamment café de machine et pain. Pas de parking. Nous nous sommes garés dans la rue mais en haute saison cela doit être problématique

Este hotel tiene unas instalaciones bastante anticuadas . la decoración es la de los Paradores de hace 50 años . Los baños desgastados y sin terminar de limpiar . Las paredes de gotelé . El desayuno para que te cobren 15 euros es caro y cuando les pides que te hagan un huevo frito , te dicen que no y que los tienes revueltos . Es decir , no me des complicaciones que estoy muy aburrido sin nada que hacer . Las habitaciones son amplias

Comfortable room in an amazing building. Great location - lots of wineries easily walkable! Staff friendly, especially in offering us an alternative room as we had booked a double and ended up in a twin. Beds were comfy but on the whole it needs a bit of tlc. Had to be very careful getting in/out of shower as the bidet is in the way. Courtyard area is amazing and food looked good though we ate out.

Un edificio espectacular, con un claustro impresionante, en el centro de Haro. Podría ser perfectamente un Parador. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque el suelo de las habitaciones es de moqueta, aunque me comentaron que lo están cambiando. La habitación era cómoda y tranquila. Las almohadas y colchón muy cómodos. Cambian los colchones con mucha regularidad. El desayuno muy bueno y en el claustro. Productos de calidad. El personal muy amable. Especialmente el Sr. Félix, muy educado, eficiente y que se nota que le gusta su trabajo. Lo mismo he de decir del Sr. Fernando de cafetería. Hacen que te sientas como en casa. Aparcamos en la zona azul delante del hotel sin problemas y muy barato. Volveremos siempre que podamos. Muchas gracias
