Staff was polite, When I entered the door at the ”A” entrance the first thing I noticed was the steel door had been bent so much that at the bottom of the door I could stick my thumb thru and a piece of window insulation to keep the wind out. I thought that they must still be remodeling. The hallway had what looked like new carpeting and I thought this may be ok. I entered the room and the original wood base of the door was still there and I thought that was quaint. I enter the room, set down my luggage and go to the refrigerator that has a microwave on top of it. I am now starting to feel like I am in a dormitory. The refrigerator is not working so I try to adjust the temperature setting. I then find that it is not plugged in. The microwave is plugged directly into the ONE outlet on that side of the room. There is an extension cord plugged in as well. There are 3 outlets and 4 plugs. You must choose what you wanted plugged in. The TV, Refrigerator, Coffee pot, or the light over the chair in the corner of the room. So I had to get on the floor and plug in the TV and the refrigerator. Then I used the bathroom. The floor and wall tile were all new, the sink was new, not sure about the toilet. The toilet lid did NOT fit the toilet. The lid would slide to one side or the other while you sat on it. The tub was old, and the water would not go down. I did call maintenance and they only fixed the draining problem. The tub spot was pointed toward the side of the tub and not straight down. The floor was not tiled flat so the sink wobbled, as it had broken away from being glued to the back splash. The contractor has used a power saw to cut the door trim to fit the floor tile, which cracked the wood and left a gap between the floor and the trim. The bathroom door closed but would not latch which prevented you from locking it. I was looking for an outlet by the bed as I use a heating pad for a bad back, and found the phone wall outlet on the floor behind the bed not attached to anything. The last straw to one of the worst remodeling jobs ever was a heat control on the wall. The maintenance guy told me that either the battery was dead, someone broke it, or it was never hooked up and to use the controls on the wall heater.

Hotel location is good, just near the highway exit, it is a bit old, and the same SPRINGHILL lived a few days ago, the difference is a lot, breakfast is still the same. The biggest feature of SPRINGHILL is that his trailer is also very big, and there is no problem sleeping 2 adults. We ate delicious pho at the Vietnam noodle restaurant at DOWNTOWN.

The room is simple, comfortable and clean

First time stay at Home2 Suites at beginning of our trip and we were so impressed we stayed again at different location in return trip. Just as thrilled with this stay as the first. Hilton as really figured out the needs of traveling during COVID and beyond. Digital check-in, key and check-out. Stove only thing missing for full kitchen and they offer one with pans if you need it. Pull out table and sofa in use for our family as well. Pre-bagged breakfast option included variety of hot sandwiches and even coffee supplies were pre-packaged by flavor in a safe manner. Hand sanitizer and “self-cleaning” elevator buttons! Very comfortable beds and linens too. Way to go with this new brand Hilton!

The hotel is generally good, the rooms are large and the facilities are ok. I originally wanted to live in Hershey's Chocolate Town, but there was no good hotel choice, so I chose here 16 kilometers away. It is very quiet, there are all places for eating and shopping, and it is only 5 ~ 10 minutes by car about. We chose a relatively far away Chinese restaurant ”new china”, the taste is still good, many foreign countries order takeaway here. Breakfast is ordered, but tip is required. (We each gave 2 yuan), I hope these things can help the people living here. * In addition, the pictures of the appearance of the Ctrip homepage are wrong. They are not like the White House at all. Don't be deceived by the pictures!

This is our go to hotel when staying in Hershey for the last 10 years. This hotel offers spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to Hershey park. They have a great outdoor area where the kids can play basketball, shuffleboard or on a putting green. Plus an indoor pool. Hot tub is no longer there :( Beautiful patio with lights and plenty of seats. Full complementary breakfast with fresh non greasy food. So happy they were able to bring back the nightly reception on Wednesday’s. Such a nice surprise to have fresh salad, fruit salad and hot dogs/bratwurst made outside on their grills. They also offer wine/beer. The hotel staff is amazing and a special shout-out to Michael (front desk supervisor) for going above and beyond to decorate the room for my son’s bday. He did a great job and my son was so surprised!! Alishia in sales was so accommodating and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite- which allowed the kids to have their own bed in their own separate room and bathroom while still being connected to us. Dollis is always a pleasure at the front desk! This is hotel is a must especially when traveling with kids and need a little more space. Sara Lambert is the general manager and does a great job. My recent stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the very friendly and helpful staff. But that friendly atmosphere is carried by everyone working there that I encountered. From the cleaning staff to the maintenance crew… everyone smiled and quick to say “Hello” or “How are you today?”. Having not been to this hotel in a while, I returned to find it newly renovated and it looks amazing. I couldn’t have been more impressed with my room with its simple touches that made it comfortable and relaxing. Whenever I head back to the Harrisburg/Hershey area, this will be my go to place!

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.
