The receptionist agreed and upgraded us to a river view room free of charge so that we could enjoy the river view. The room was hygienic and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The surrounding air was clear and the scenery was pleasant.
But there is no elevator, and the breakfast is meat-free and egg-free.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. There was garbage in the garbage can, from a previous guest. Sheets were wrinkled and dirty. Pillow cases and bed spread were stained. Wallpaper was falling off of the walls. It was so bad that we decided to leave and find another hotel in town. This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have seen and we travel a good bit.

Service was great, very friendly. Hotel is in bad shape. Very outdated, stains on ceilings, foul odors. Seemingly clean but I didn't try to really know, just slept and left.

Rooms never got cleaned, towels never got changed out. Keycards quit working every day. The waffle machine was always on low, coffee was cold.
