Hotel location is good, just near the highway exit, it is a bit old, and the same SPRINGHILL lived a few days ago, the difference is a lot, breakfast is still the same. The biggest feature of SPRINGHILL is that his trailer is also very big, and there is no problem sleeping 2 adults. We ate delicious pho at the Vietnam noodle restaurant at DOWNTOWN.

First time stay at Home2 Suites at beginning of our trip and we were so impressed we stayed again at different location in return trip. Just as thrilled with this stay as the first. Hilton as really figured out the needs of traveling during COVID and beyond. Digital check-in, key and check-out. Stove only thing missing for full kitchen and they offer one with pans if you need it. Pull out table and sofa in use for our family as well. Pre-bagged breakfast option included variety of hot sandwiches and even coffee supplies were pre-packaged by flavor in a safe manner. Hand sanitizer and “self-cleaning” elevator buttons! Very comfortable beds and linens too. Way to go with this new brand Hilton!

This is our go to hotel when staying in Hershey for the last 10 years. This hotel offers spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to Hershey park. They have a great outdoor area where the kids can play basketball, shuffleboard or on a putting green. Plus an indoor pool. Hot tub is no longer there :( Beautiful patio with lights and plenty of seats. Full complementary breakfast with fresh non greasy food. So happy they were able to bring back the nightly reception on Wednesday’s. Such a nice surprise to have fresh salad, fruit salad and hot dogs/bratwurst made outside on their grills. They also offer wine/beer. The hotel staff is amazing and a special shout-out to Michael (front desk supervisor) for going above and beyond to decorate the room for my son’s bday. He did a great job and my son was so surprised!! Alishia in sales was so accommodating and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite- which allowed the kids to have their own bed in their own separate room and bathroom while still being connected to us. Dollis is always a pleasure at the front desk! This is hotel is a must especially when traveling with kids and need a little more space. Sara Lambert is the general manager and does a great job. I stayed with two friends at this property from September 24-26. We had one of the executive suites, two bedrooms plus living room and kitchenette, truly the size of spacious NYC apartment. The room was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the hot breakfast was very good and ample. The lobby is inviting and has a separate sitting room and coffee was available 23/7. Some small things hey would have moved my review up from 4 to 5: 1. The dining table—Our room had a scratched up surface although clean. Poor optics for an otherwise very nicely furnished suite. 2. I miss the daily housekeeping dearly. Your Holiday In Express-/Phoenix/Tempe University has daily housekeeping. You need to bring this back. I understand that many hotels are struggling to hire enough help though. 3. Most annoying practice to change—Covid protocols in use of pool and fitness room. Guest cannot gonn B in and use at will. You have to go to the front desk and wait for the one front desk person on duty yo come and unlock the door. They said it was to limit number of guests. Fitness rooms and pools are typically not overused. Just put a sign up with the maximum number of guests allowed, that’s what other hotels do. 4. We repeatedly had to have our key cards reinitialized as they lost their code. Did not happen at our next Holiday Inn Express property. Nonetheless, it’s a very good property. friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms and good breakfasts. I recommend a stay here.

GGuest UserThe location was great for an event we were attending. The manager and staff were pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. The breakfast woman was so welcoming especially to our grandson ,she treated him like family, she made waffles for him and they were just what a kid would like. The free breafast was plentiful and had something for everyone. The hotel was clean ,as well as pool. I would recommend Staybridge suites to anyone who needs to travel to the Harrisburg /Hershey area .

GGuest UserI has an event in Wellsville, PA. I have stayed in many hotels in Harrisburg, and this price was right. The reviews looked good and I am glad I chose this hotel. It is clean and my bed was quite comfortable. The TV works great and the room is cozy. I had the air conditioning on and it worked perfectly. I usually sleep with a fan app on my phone so I cannot let you know how the noise level could be in the hallway. There is a diner close by as well as other restaurants. I would stay here again. Also, If there is more than one person the sink and vanity is separate from the bathroom and the shower, and that could be a good thing for families or a couple

GGuest UserSo, the parking experience alone was off putting, I thought I was going to lose the top of my Gladiator, old dirty and tight. The trip from my car to the hotel was dirty and disenchanting and made me afraid of the experience that might be before me. Once I finally completed the very long trek from the lot through what looks like a dirty bus terminal I made the journey down a very long hallway through the conference center filled with people up the stairs onto another elevator down the hallway of dirty unpainted doors finally to my room. Now the big moment, I open my door. The room actually isn’t bad but what I had to do to get to it was a bit much. The restaurant was very nice with a lovely wine selection although I only had the white sangria. My server was as dry as 3 day old croutons and when my food came out she never came to ask if it was okay. She finally came over and said how are you doing over here, I thought am I at a spa or a restaurant? Oh how the mighty have fallen! Let’s just say my room motivated me to go out and buy an air filter. I probably wouldn’t stay again if I found a better option. I’d probably just stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. I meant to take more pictures of the ugliness, sorry!

QQINGThe room is small, the equipment is outdated, the door to the toilet door can not be opened, the opposite is a large parking lot, a police station nearby, the police car pulls the alarm and drives out very noisy, there is no place to visit nearby. Five minutes from the hotel, there is a small supermarket with a stick. If you don’t buy it, the nearest Chinese supermarket has been walking for more than half an hour. Ha Village is not suitable for travel.

GGuest UserThe whole building smells musty and there's NO air in any common areas. Our room had been untouched since the last guests (we got there well after check in). No apologies, no reimbursement. We just had to wait over an hour in the heat and of course had no time to shower or nap before the event we came for. (while 7 months pregnant-obviously that's not their fault but it was beyond necessary and they should have the room ready before they give us a key) They were ”fully booked” but while we sat waiting they took a reservation for today and said they had ”just one” room that was EXACTLY what we had and then mentioned to another worker that they had THREE. Not sure why we couldn't get one of those, or one of the several rooms for people we watched check in AFTER us. Someone else came to let them know the air didn't work in their room and they said it was just too low and couldn't keep up, even after they said they had turned it down and it wasnt working BEFORE, and without checking it at all. (Even if that was truly the problem make a note if you dont want it below a certain temperature, and maybe upgrade so people who pay good money can be comfortable) Someone else complained of a leaking sink and damage in the bathroom, and ANOTHER complainef that their shower wasn't draining and they just gave them a plunger to deal with it themselves. When we finally got back to the room, it somehow smelled worse (like a public bathroom) and the bottle of conditioner was half used (that wasn't there at all before so I'm sure they collect them when people leave and reuse) This is the most expensive hotel we've ever stayed at, even booked months in advance (probably because of the location) but it was definitely not worth even the $70 or $80 you can get a motel for.
