The room is very old. I stayed for two nights, but no waiter came to clean. Just like the room opposite, the sign "Please clean" was hung for a day and a night, and it was still hung. I never saw a waiter during my stay, but I finally saw someone pushing a cleaning cart on the day of check-out... The room is completely soundproof and very noisy. The air conditioner and exhaust fan are like tractors.

There is bus 71 from Chilwick downtown to Harrison hot springs resort. There are not many buses, so be careful. The hotel staff are very polite. There is a hot spring in the hotel. There are many restaurant options nearby, including German food, Greek food, etc. There are many ice cream shops. I choose Greek food, which is delicious.

The hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene and environment are very good. The hot spring environment is also very good. The lakeside scenery in front of the hotel is beautiful.
