Tru by Hilton Harrisonburg

Stayed here overnight traveling from New England back home to Georgia and was quite pleased. While the rooms are small, everything is very comfortable, and very clean. I like that the rooms don’t have carpeting. My room was quiet and I was able to get a great nights sleep. The breakfast offerings are quite good, and I was able to enjoy my coffee in addition to filling my travel mug to go

Noisey. NOT soundproof, hardly restful after driving for hours. Clean. Pillows poor. Only 3 for King bed. 2of them really light weight. Needed a blanket, none in room. Flimsy bed coverings. Disappointed. Will Not return despite having stayed in other Tru/Hiltons

Sheets were stained … bed had not been changed. When u went to the desk to get new clean sheets , the desk person indicated I was not alone in my complaint. When I spoke to day clerk to get corporate number he told me I would speak to that manager .. in effect … deaf earz

Rooms are small but in good condition, hotel staff were extremely unhelpful, hotel amenties lacking and breakfast was limited compared to the usual Hilton fair. Expect a poor night's sleep if you need a dark room, with multiple lights that couldn't be turned off.

Good stay. In Hilton's Tru style, rooms are simplistic. They have activities down in the lobby as an area to congregate for guests. We didn't use any of that. It was a quick night ahead of going into Shenendoah NP the next day. The room was just fine for my family of 4. Breakfast is fine as well, I'd recommend it.

I was woken up at 5:30 am by an extremely loud alarm clock going off on the room next to me, that apparently was empty.

Great room, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very clean!!

Newer hotel and maintained well.

Awesome decor and design..had trouble turning the AC fan down..it was a bit noisy.
