The location is on the outskirts of Graz. It is best to drive there. The room facilities are good, and everything should be available. If you go to check in on a non-working day, remember to call for the password and pick up the room card yourself.

Definitively not worth it! I was here with a colleague during a job trip, for two nights. The 1th and the 2nd floors are still in a redecoration stage so they are quite noisy during the day, due to the ongoing works, but I assume this is a temporary issue. The 2 beds room on the 3rd floor they assigned us was newly decorated, wide enough and very modern, but the bathroom is completely unpractical: neither shelves or any other places to put anything, nor a place to hang towels excluding the one inside the shower cabinet, that of course is not useful if you need to hang any type of clothes. The bathroom light switches on automatically as the door is open, and there is no way to switch it off, it stays on for at least 10 minutes after leaving the bathroom which is a useless waste of energy. There is no extractor fan so after a hot shower, the whole room fills with humid vapour. The staff at the reception is nice and polite, but the manager should pay more attention to the cleaning staff: one of our two towels was removed and not replaced on the first day. Same story for the bottle of the shower gel, it was empty from the beginning, and never replaced or refilled. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price paid.

I can only recommend the hotel warmest! The room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was a dream. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even our dogs were thought and provided beds or snaps (without surcharge!!) For our daughter was a cozy grilled bed in which she was happy to sleep for the first time.

Am Tag der Anreise wollte ich von 2 auf 1 Person umbuchen, obwohl über booking reserviert - völlig problemlos am Telefon. Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem schönen Hotel und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal! Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Infrarot, Solarium fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und das Frühstück weit über meinen Erwartungen. Einen kleinen Kräutergarten am Buffet hatte ich wo anders noch nie gesehen, das Buffet selbst umfasst alles, was ich gerne mag und noch mehr. Im Doppelzimmer ca. 100,- Euro günstiger als ein Hotel im Zentrum bei vergleichbaren Leistungen.

Das Apartment mit Wohnbereich, Küchenzeile, separatem Schlafzimmer und Terrasse war sehr gepflegt. Altstadt war mit S-Bahn (Haltestelle um die Ecke) leicht erreichbar. Lage des Hotels eher geschäftlich geprägt (Nähe Messe Graz). Supermärkte in Laufnähe. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Elegant hotel with style. Pretty Clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Winter garden is beautiful, serving hot wines & more. Quite an atmosphere. Florian restaurant is fabulous. Breakfast is absolutely fine but could be bit better. This is not a showstopper for an Excellent rating. 5/5
