I’ve met so many of the staff members here & they are nothing short of just a blessing to encounter with. There’s too many things to say about them except I’ll sum it up to polite, professional and welcoming. Every time I go here, I meet someone new that extends kindness towards me. Hands down, the Best Hampton Inn & Suites I’ve been to! I have to acknowledge them here due to the hard work I’ve seen them do. I’ve gotten to know them as you would a friend and/or family member. I knew that I was going to have a fantastic time! When I called to make reservations my customer service rep (Lacrejha) was so pleasant and helpful! She was very courteous and professional. The hotel was clean and well stocked with a welcome package, afternoon snacks (warm cookies, and a goodbye package. The breakfast was hot and fresh and replenished for the entire stay! The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable for my family reunion!!

Our stay at The Hampton was awesome!! The rooms were very clean, roomy and overall set up for comfort and accessibility. Beds were clean, comfy and I am a OCD freak when it comes to hotel cleanliness!! The rooms smelled nice, the shampoo, conditioner and lotions provided were great! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our company had a MOR meeting recently and I was proud to bring my team members and bosses to the hotel in my hometown. We started our journey with the Director of Sales, Alyse Rudy, and let me just say, I’ve never had a more pleasant experience with any employee than her. She helped my company in all of our needs and the board room was very impressive and set up for maximum functionality!! She checked in a few times to see if we needed anything during our stay and during the meeting as well. Definitely recommend staying here when your in the Hartsville area

We had a wonderful lady named Wendy who was so helpful to us. She was in the breakfast area. Very friendly! The elevators were out and we had to use the stairs. I had my elderly mother with me. Wendy walked up the stairs to the third floor. She personally carried our luggage down the stairs so my mother could stay downstairs.

The hotel was inviting after a long road trip. That night, the facility was well lit and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and quick to offer assistance. The room we had was spacious and clean. As it was Easter weekend, the staff had prepared plastic Easter eggs and placed Easter baskets on each door. Little kids who left the room next to ours were so delighted to see a trail of Easter eggs waiting for them. Super cute! The breakfast buffet was nice. This hotel is worth a visit!

Lacresha, Brandy and Denise have made our stay so pleasant and comfortable. We love this Hampton Inn and the people in this town! We had a nice warm breakfast and spacious rooms with a great view overlooking down the down Hartsville. We'll be back.

Room was lovely. Entrance charming with coffee and tea. Front desk personnel welcoming. Pet friendly. Handed me a sign for my door alerting housekeeping that there was a pet before opening door and having them run out. Didn’t try to scam me for an additional $75 like most hotels. The bathroom was large with walk in shower and well appointed.

Excellent customer service. Great nights sleep. Breakfast was great. Brandy is very helpful. The hotel is in a very nice area and there’s plenty of restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Will stay there again!
