The counter service is wonderful and they remember us . I asked for twin beds and I was given a double room. It is away from the train station and it is peaceful.

There was an event going on and all the hotels in Nagoya were very expensive, so I booked this one. It was a weekend, but it was a very reasonable and stately hotel. Even taking into account the cost of the Shinkansen, it was cheaper and better value than staying in one of those weird hotels in Nagoya.
