Visited this place with friends & families in December 2021. From Hassan side of highway, one has to take a left turn on a fork road. Quite easy to miss the road. Siddhanta Manor was a pleasant surprise for a homestay. It is a big home with palatial sized rooms. We were greeted by the owners themselves with a fruit drink. Parking area is big which also turned out to be a place for kids to play around. Owner of the place was friendly, helpful. There were 4 rooms in the residential building and they were very large in area. Wood used for the doors, windows have been apparently used from jackfruit trees from their own farmland. Evening snack and tea / coffee was served when we requested. Fortunately for us, we had the entire homestay for ourselves since we were 3 families. The owner was gracious enough to let go of 1 more room (kept it empty) since 3 were occupied by us. Thanks to them. Bed was very comfortable. Food was hearty, delicious with a couple of native dishes at every meal. They had good quality steel crockery instead of plastic plates/spoons which was quite good to see in a homestay. The courtyard was big. The owner gave us their big stereo speaker for the night and both the nights we stayed, we had good music and a nice party at night. They had a well-maintained trampoline for kids. Back gate led us to a small lake at a walkable distance and experience greenery. Car park area doubled up as shuttle badminton court and all of us had a nice time. Owner's family were very courteous and joined us for a photo upon request. Overall, it was a lovely experience and an awesome place to have stayed.
