No cleanliness in the rooms. Dust was all over the room floor. Complimentary breakfast is below average. In-house restaurant food is also below average.

The hotel is clean and ideally located near the railway station and bus stand. The bonus is a nice restaurant in house and very nice breakfast in the morning.

Good location and comfortable stay in hassan but breakfast was not good, we could see roaches and insects. Need to manage better hygiene

Food was good, cleanliness and hospitality was good. But the cot was creaking and the mattress was uncomfortable. Didn't get a good sleep.

Rooms are good, neat, clean and hygienic. Room service and the restaurant also good. We have booked for 2 adults + 2 kids through make my trip but as per hotel they received only for 2 adults and extra bed was not included. Recommended to verify with hotel before check in.
