Perfect location for those who are not keen on staying in a tent/camp but want to be at the foot of the dunes. Pick-up from the bus station was free. Breakfast was filling. Views are unmatched.

The room is generally clean and hygienic. The hotel is close to the desert. It is normal to have a little sand in the room.
The hotel provides adv and camel desert activities, which can be easily booked at the front desk.
The swimming pool next to the desert is so cool.
Breakfast was nothing fancy, regular Moroccan breakfast.

It was better than expected. There are many hotels around the desert, and this swimming pool is perfect for taking pictures. The car can drive directly to the door of the hotel. There is no need to take a camel to stay in a tent in the desert. The scenery here is good enough.

When we arrived at the hotel Kanz Erremal we immediately had no welcome feeling, staff was unfriendly. Hygiene was not up to par, the door already looked forced which made us feel unsafe, air conditioning was leaking (there was already a whole puddle while it had only been on for 10 minutes). The reason we left however is because we found cockroaches in the room! When we reported this to the reception the manager was very unfriendly and did not want to believe it/come and look in the room! He indicated that these were not his rooms when we showed the photo of the cockroaches. We left the hotel because we were so shocked by the reaction of the manager.

This hotel is truly beautiful and the manager welcomed us warmly, he is very attentive. He always made sure to meet our needs, and that we lacked nothing. Exceptional guided tour of the desert in 4x4. The food is excellent and the waiters offer a high quality service. The room is superb. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
