Staying in such a clean, new modern hotel, I can't help but praise it. For me, the best plus is that there are plenty of parking spaces, about 7-11 (just so much next door), and there are many restaurants nearby (some are halal restaurants) The coffee house made by the hotel is really great! The modern style decorated room is very clean and you can choose the TV channel as much as you like. Wi-Fi in the lobby and room is free and the signal is stable! It takes only 10 minutes from the city center of Hat Yai. It is very convenient to come here by tuk tuk and the staff is very friendly. Especially thanks to Joe (he may be the manager) for paying great attention to the needs of the guests and the suggestions are particularly useful. :-) I will definitely choose the hotel in Hat Yai in the future according to such standards! highly recommended!

We requested for 2 twin and 1 double room 1 week before our arrival date via email, the hotel confirmed our request but no specific room provided when we arrived. Room was not sound proof, you will hear other customers talking loudly when they walk pass your room, donโt stay here if you have sleeping problem. Make sure you check room items EVERYDAY because When we check out we were forced to pay 100 baht for a missing face towel, we didnโt even use any face towel while in the room. I believed house keeping must have forgotten to replace themโฆI would have rather save my luggage space for my shoppings in Hatyai rather than taking their old face towel! The location was average, it is close to Lee Garden but you will need to walk thru a long creepy car park and small laneway to get to the Main Street. Overall quite a dissatisfy stay while in Hatyai. Will not stay here again or recommend it.

Overall, I think this hotel is not bad. However, one thing I really cannot accept is that there is no hair dryer provided in the room, nor is one available to borrow from the reception. As a foreigner with long hair, I found this very inconvenient. Because of this, I don't think I will stay here again.

Place is good and just beside Central Hatyai Festival which is good for people who travel to HatYai for shopping purpose๐but if u not change money yet please do at your country because inside the Central Hatyai no money changer able to help you (maybe depends on currency rate dif between country) and MAKRO also walking distance. For the hotel facilities really good and clean they do provide basic ammenities and they have hair dryer and also they have lift so no worries for those who travel with ur parents. Their staff also very helpfull and friendly. For Malaysian bear in mind if you dont change money yet the deposit cost is RM200 or 1000 baht. I will come to stay at here again.

It seems that there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and communications breakdown within the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team. Hot shower in our room was not working and had reported it to the Receptionist before we left the hotel for a dinner and walk. When we came back, we gave the receptionist courteousy reminder and to ask if our shower was fix. They couldnt answer that and immediately asked the maintenance staff which was happened to be standing outside of the lobby to fix it. The Worst Part:- The maintenance staff walked together with us into our room and washroom, with his same shoe which he wore when he stood outside of the lobby. After fixing it, he literally step on our floor mat to dry his shoe. The while floor mat was dark in colour and we asked him to bring that floor mat out! After reporting it to the receptionist, they didnt really know what to do, and i asked them to get the housekeeping team to come and clean it. The housekeeping lady only came to replace a floormat, without mopping the floor. We hv to request over again and tell her what happened. No apologize from any of thm. Extra tips, do not opt for their breakfast choice, there is only 6 items ala carte menu available. First day breakfast there are cereals bt the milk was abit sour, 2nd day breakfast, no cereals available.

GGuest UserIf you want to break your long journey while going to Koh Lipe, then Casa 33 seems to be the best place in Hat Yai. We arrive at Casa 33 at around 10ish in the morning from a long flight journey. The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai. In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa 33. Cheers, Parth
GGuest UserItโs a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel donโt provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. Itโs a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. Itโs a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! ๐ I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome usโฆ
GGuest UserVery clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel. Got my son and I a Duo room but the bathroom and toilet room (separated) were facing the beds so 1) every sound is audible 2) the doors were not opaque enough so we ended up hanging towels so as to not expose too much. Would be weird for friends or colleagues. Not much food choices on the same street but can easily order via Grabfood or walk abt 800m thereabouts to good food places like Kim Yong market or other 4*+ rated places on Google. hotel has no laundry services despite showing it on booking sites but there's a laundromat across the street abt 50m away. Staff are friendly, amenities are clean.
SsydneysteveThere must have been a receptionist conference happening because when I checked in there were seven ladies behind a counter designed for two. I had arrived before 2pm check in time but they took care of my baggage whilst I went out to get something to eat. I think it is inappropriate to put pressure on hotel staff to try and get an early check in, like I have read in reviews on TA. My room was spacious, clean, modern looking and everything worked just fine. Plenty of hanging space and shelving for clothes. Unlike others who find the most trivial things to complain about I think you would be hard pressed to complain about anything here. A personal negative was that all the cable TV stations were in Thai but that's not unusual throughout rural Thailand. No bid deal. There are also no restaurants nearby but there is a food market and Greenway Night Market nearby. Asean Night Bazaar is also within walking distance. Special thanks to the reception staff for their friendly and helpful demeanour. They sorted my tuk tuk for me so that I could visit specific attractions that I had researched as well as my taxi to the airport, both at reasonable prices. Taxis and tuk tuks do not have a very good reputation in Hat Yai.

Breakfast was delightful
GGuest UserThe staff very very easy going, and the service there was Gooddddd, i would recommended this hotel to everyone who looking for calm location at night and not crowded/jammed plus it is near to 7eleven + amazon cafe (can walk) i would repeat the same hotel if i go to hatyai againnn, love love this hotel
IijupsiregarLalita hotel has 3 floors, where we have to go up through the stairs there is no elevator. But the room is nice, clean and has a balcony so you can look out. For the bathroom, it's also very clean. The bathroom wall facing the room is made of glass so you can see it directly out. For breakfast is quite good, for the taste is quite good but a little kind. Staff are friendly but a little bit of English. For the location is quite far from the city, but for the hotel price is very affordable. Many instagramable photo spots in each hotel location.
AAnonymous UserEverything was good, except the breakfast place is too small! Breakfast time 7am-10am, we reached there 8am+, it's full house. It only has around 10 tables or less. We queue and waited for 40 mins in order to get in, so we have limited breakfast time. ๐ญ First ever had this kind of experience in hotel stay. Food option is limited but taste is good. Other than that, room is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel but hope they can improve the breakfast place to accommodate more guests. 1 last thing, I love it that the room come with international socket + usb direct charging port, no adapter needed. ๐

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
AAmin/MikeI recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near Prince of Songkla University Hat Yai and had an excellent experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and offers a high level of comfort, making it easy to relax and unwind. The staff are exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
The location is fantastic, with Sri Trang Market nearby. This market is a gem, offering a wide variety of affordable options, from delicious street food to unique local products. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
