Bad experience due to very poor customer service . they are unable to talk in eng or even malay to even understand what we are asking . it was basic eng/malay to ask abt shutterbus. They had abt 4 ppl at counter . 2 couldnt assist us as they cant understand at all anf the other 2 just dont bother . Basic customer service is not even there . We ended up not being able to ask anything .

Stayed on the 2nd of April 24. The room is very old, the air conditioner is not cool at all. And it was very loud. I can't sleep at all. The shower curtain is separated and moldy. The room price is almost 900 baht but the room is not good at all. Must improve. Probably won't stay at this hotel again. For this trip, I need to choose a hotel.
