Nice & comfy room. Lack of power points for charging mobile. Night Club is not part of the hotel, 100bahts entrance fee.

Worst/rude ever hotel.. upon my arrival there is no room for me to check in. The staff/manager will just tell you sorry no room
The integrity of the staff and manager cannot be trusted… they did not keep the promise as compensation even black n white is there.. you need to sort out yourself getting trip.com to sort out with them
U are try to solve the issue and the staff will just decline your call given that they know im calling them to sort out the issue

This is my second time staying here. I am impressed with the service of the staff. The room is spacious, clean, and looks luxurious. The bed is soft and comfortable. Not okay at all. The room is very dirty and dusty. The shower curtain is full of mold. The room smells musty. The air conditioner is not cool. I called the technician and it was the same as before.
