Nice hotel with everything you need. Located in the city center, not far from railway station and bus station. Nice view to the river.

the location of the hotel is very convenient for travel in hatyai, every place like temple or cafe is near to the hotel, but car park at night always full, so if you drive to hatyai, must back to hotel before 10pm to secure your parking slot

The property is located approximately 1.5 kilometres away from the city, but it offers clean and affordable rooms. A deposit of 500 Thai Baht is required per stay, which will be refunded upon check-out. However, it's worth noting that there is no hair dryer available in the room, which might be considered a shortcoming for me.

Good room and good location. The room also new. Good value with the price.

Overall, I think this hotel is not bad. However, one thing I really cannot accept is that there is no hair dryer provided in the room, nor is one available to borrow from the reception. As a foreigner with long hair, I found this very inconvenient. Because of this, I don't think I will stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was highly disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered: No Air Conditioning in the Lobby: The lobby was unbearably hot and uncomfortable, making the check-in process unpleasant. No Extra Pillows: When I requested extra pillows, I was informed that none were available. This lack of basic amenities is unacceptable. Not a Strategic Area: The hotel's location is inconvenient and far from Lee Garden. Cannot Communicate in English: The staff struggled with basic English, making communication nearly impossible and causing several misunderstandings. Room Service Neglect: Room service did not clean up the rubbish in the dustbin, which led to an unpleasant and unsanitary room environment. No Hair Dryer: Despite being a standard feature in most hotels, there was no hair dryer available in the room. Unfriendly Staff: The staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, which greatly detracted from the overall experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The front desk staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy. Just the room doesn’t provide hair dryer. Overall was good. Easy to access by car since hotel location is exactly at the center. Definitely will try out other B2 hotel for next visit.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, parking lot right in front of hotel entrance, well-maintained and spacious room for its price. Not far from famous flea markets. Pleasant staff, easy process of checking in & out. Definitely will consider to return here whenever we come back to HatYai.

Everything was good except that they dont provide iron and hair dryer.

Location is convenient, opposite have shopping mall and fast food. Something too improve is hotel without hair dryer , need to bring your own hair dryer. My hotel room during evening time very hot due to window facing west , no sure is that all the room have same problem or not.
