One of the best budget hotels I’ve ever stayed in! First impressions was great that they even gave welcome drinks! Better experience than even 5 star hotels! Love the modern industrial theme. Rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. It’s also walking distance from the night markets and eateries. The host was friendly and gave great recommendations! Would gladly stay here again when I’m back in Hatyai.

We love the room. It's a simple yet comfortable, spacious room well equipped with everything u need and want. I have requested if they can help to decorate a little for my room because it's my partner's birthday and they have decorated without extra charges. Many thanks to the effort and hard work from the lady boss making this place so nice to stay. We enjoyed our stay there.

Within close proximity to Florida night market with good selection of street food. Free Netflix by the hotel is awesome service. Very nice and clean room.

The hotel stay was pleasant, from checking in to checking out we had no issues. The owner of the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. Overall, clean room and nicely decorated. One of the best budget hotel that we've stayed thus far! If you come with car, there's a reserve parking in front of the hotel.

After researched and reviewed tons of hotels and guesthouses from different booking engines, we decided to choose here due to the high rating in guest comments. The free cancellation is desirable and the pre-arrival arrangement was initiated by the host promptly. Our journey from Penang to the city went well without any hassle until we arrived. We arrived earlier than expected and the lobby was locked without anybody. Neither the bell nor the phone nor email is answered which is truly frustrated. It has given us a doubt if we were cheated by the booking. After waited for half an hour, we had to leave and look for a cafe to settle down as the hallway is very narrow with the people around the neighbourhood watching and making us felt uneasy. Finally, we received an apology reply from the hotel and picked us up back to the hotel to check in. Despite we appreciate the gesture to recover our bad experience, I would recommend to double confirm with the hotel to make sure the lobby is manned within your arrival day at anytime to avoid unnecessary stress. Apart from the standard amenities, all our special requests were accommodated eg. ironing facility, universal adaptor, 2 double room next to each other, etc. if you are looking for a comfortable bedding, nice shower after a long day walk, a little entertainment at night with free Netflix, this place is worth the price we paid for. Particularly highlight the quality of the coffee which was amazing but the mugs were not cleaned on the next day of cleaning for my brother’s room. One of the unique selling points highlighted on the ******* is the early check in and late check out but it wasn’t available due to back to back booking. The information is not accurate as we have the impression it is guaranteed. The hosts recommended several options of dining around which was helpful. Be cautious with the hook in the room as I hit by accident my right eye when intended to pick up a trash. The emergency response was quick with the ice pack from the host but I ended my Hatyai trip with a swollen eye. Well, the arrival and departure experiences were not fallen within my day :(

We had just landed after a long flight and were welcomed by the hostess who offered us lovely cold tea. A very relaxing check-in. The room was fine and so was the bathroom. However, there was no breakfast as is shown on the photos for this hotel. We had to go out for breakfast which was not a success.

As previous reviews indicated, Chin is an awesome lady and host. She was so welcoming and helpful including recommendations for dinner and morning dim sum and reasonably priced taxi service for our onward journey. I would definitely recommend Goodnight!!

This small hotel is a clean, modern, welcoming oasis in the middle of a city I’d never stay in unless I was headed to Ko Lipe (which is exactly why we were there.) The twin beds were extremely comfortable, the water was hot, and the hostess (owner?) was friendly and helpful. Don’t expect to enjoy wandering the neighborhood unless you can’t get enough of dirty, smelly, hot and humid Asian cities. We did venture out for dinner at a no-name local restaurant around the corner. It was busy, and the food was pretty good. We had stir fry pork and kale, and fried prawns.

The front desk was really welcoming & helpful. She’s always smiling & offered assistance to our luggage. She’s also quite helpful in providing us info on surrounding shops & such.
