Only if you really NEED a private room and have very limited budget, you can stay at S.C. Heritage Hotel. But in general I strongly discourage you from booking here. Everything is bad. All is so old that it almost falls apart. And obviously the cleaners don't know how to clean: everything is disgusting, super dirty. It's a serious health risk to stay here, because the mold everywhere can make you very sick. The ents all over the room were a real nightmare. Endless ents.

Indeed value for money. I couldn't ask for more. Clean, quiet and comfortably cold.

Value for money hotel. Limited staff and facilities Lift is old can accommodate only 4 pax at a time. It would b great if they can do some refurbishment.

Please don’t book the hotel & don’t use trip.com to book any hotel in any country.This is a terrible experience in my life.Hotel like ghost house,Lobby got no light,the lobby sofa got many dust & gecko poop & Flea this almost kill me.Because I got dust allergic.My face & my skin all turn to red I almost died of suffocation.luckily my husband bring my medicine & asthma medicine. *Photo & Hotel are totally different.Please go & book others hotel. *Hotel customer service also like shit.They don’t care about your safety. *Cannot Refund *In order to make money, they don't care about the life and death of their customers.

Spacious room , with daily water bottles and towels change. Very cheap, simply out of this world! I love this place! Always come back here whenever I go to Hatyai.

The location is strategic to railway station and with good customer service.

Another decent stay at S.C. Heritage. The check in was smooth despite full house during Songkran period. If you are looking for a hotel with great value for money in Hat Yai, look no further.

I think the hotel is called 'heritage' just because it is really old and most things are falling apart. My first impression of the reception area was shocking. Very dirty and not appealing at all. I was afraid of the room condition after seeing this. There is a big sign at the reception saying: "NO early check in", thus the (so called) lobby was full of people waiting for 2pm to check in. I used the toilets next to the reception and it was horribly disgusting. The room was bigger than expected and overall impression a little better than the impression of the reception. Everything is dated, but the AC is quite new, although it led its own life, sometimes out of itself just went to another mode or temperature. Pillows are very thick and uncomfortable (so I used my own inflatable travel pillow). The worst was the room being FULL of ents, literally everywhere, hundreds! And I got some mosquito bites too. So I had to put on anti-mosquito spray at night. It was the cheapest private room in all Hat Yai, only hostels are a bit cheaper, but hostels in Hat Yai are also very poor (in my experience). So it's normal for Hat Yai standards I guess. You pay mainly to get some privacy and a shower with bed. Just don't expect much in terms of cleanliness and quality.

Excellent location. Professional and friendly staff. Old installations. Could be a very good hotel if they make a deep renovation.
