Great location. Staff are all friendly. Its a good budget hotel but high quality. Just that there are some small bugs at the toilet tiles at room 307 pls look into it! Other than great all great!! Recommended!

The room is so hot because the air conditioner didnt work well. I have changed for 3 rooms. The location is good, nearby central shopping mall.

Good:The cleanliness for bed, pillow, bedsheet, towel is superb. So comfortable Got shuttle to central festival, just about 5min drive if own drive. Deposit 500baht 2 pin plug adapter available i piece. Bad:The fridge got smelly.,probably the smell came from towel during cleaning. Tv remote control with weak battery. No wifi but no problem, beciz we use dtac simcard Overall, i like the parking and location nearby. Tq very much.

Everything is good to stay in this hotel.. worth of money basically. Highly recommended.

The shower head is very old and disgusting, and water pressure is very very low. bidet water pressure is even stronger. And the room floor is very sticky. Overall, you paid for what you get. Room is cheap but Room cleanliness is very low.

Things to know This hotel collect deposit 500baht per room, u also can pay RM50 using Malaysia money. They will checking room before check out (stained bedsheets/ plug / others) They provide body wash & shampoo Have fridge Have dtv & atv channel but i dont know how to change it. Water heater & aircond working well They had balcony, no smoking in the room n balcony. They have hangout area, free hot water n coffee there all day. Have parking & lift

I seriously don't understand why charges 100baht if you bring more friends (example room for 2..i bring for 3)its wrong??i bring extra people??i check in room for 2 because room almost full..for 3 person fullll..that y i book for 2..very disappointed..reception said because it's limited to 2 people so you can't bring other people????

Overall, I had a great experience with the Smart Hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy our holiday.

Overall the stay very good, quiet environment as locate away from busy street. Makro just behind but need to walk approximately 1KM as there are fencing block. The bed is nice for sleep and equipped with basic utilities.

Located nearby hatnyai central. Quite far from eateries, so you may need at least a car to move around.
