Close to Hatyai airport. A van is provided for guests from 7 am. To 8 pm and it is free. All staff are nice polite helpful. The room is clean. For breakfast, it is many kind of food and drink.

Breakfast is good , but location is a bit far from town. For those whom want to go to town or shopping mall, need to drive themselves or taxi.

Food at the Sawa restaurant was nice although the buffet is more tailored to a local cuisine palate rather than an international buffet. The facilities are nice and modern and the rooms are spacious. The only downside here is that we found the beds to be dusty which triggered some allergies amongst my children.

Service is bad, front office and crew are a disaster . Worst team to end my Thailand tour. Thanks to this hotel.

Good location for traveling to airport have free airport transfer during 07:00 to 20:00 break fast have halal certificate it’s very nice recommend for muslim travelers for travel in hat yai

The room was nice and comfy and clean. The bed was good. Near airport by just less than 10 mins drive. Hotel provided airport transfer for free.

Big swinging pool , , closed to airport . Not in downtown center , it’s is not convenient if you need buy something, but for relaxation and catch the early flight is good option .

Got one night stay with my parents. The place was clean, staffs were nice. Nice restaurant and cafe amazon near by. Food was good. Great place for relaxation.

Buffet breakfast and restaurant's food are good. Theee is a.nice swimming pool and gym. There is a very nice Cafe Amazon next to the hotel. Room is good, but cleanliness is not the top notch. Towels are a bit yellowish, and found a stain on the pillow. Would recommend anyone for a short stay
