Those old men at room 513 smoke. The hotel should fine the guests with pea brain for polluting air of others ' room. Why we paid a deluxe room for second hand smoke from others?

Hotel is located at the walking street. Easy to get around for street food, bars and shopping mall. Unfortunately the rooms are aged. Shower head was splitting, bed mattress was sunken, room has strong cigarette smell and the sound proof was so poor can easily hear people walking plus other rooms' TV playingv

Staff is friendly. Location is superb. Room is comfortable and excellent cool aircon with beautiful city view. Nice place to stay, clean , near to a mall, with car park. Walking distance to Lee garden market , a lot foods around the area .. the staff customer service was excellent 💯

Very strategic location, we got the room at old wing when at lobby just walk in front are all shops restaurants and shopping. There's a foot massage shop at lobby too. Bathroom has a big bath tub, water pressure was good.

New renovated hotel , clean and new now .
Location is good , restaurants and bars just opposite
Free parking . 5 mins walk to Lee garden
The tuk tuk outside will not bother to answer though u ask for price when they sees u only 2 pax , rude

Room and toilet clean and spacious. Stay area surrounded by recommended restaurants, pubs, massage and Lee garden night market. Most of the places within walking distance.

It's a old poorly maintained hotel that's overpriced. Tower A at least is shady and needs a renovation. I got the biggest room but it had no real windows, only small one in bathroom. The only good thing is the very central location but other than that this place isn't worth it at all

Stayed at Wing C (new). Receptionist can converse in English & Chinese. Checked us in early. Walking distance from train station. Night market right behind. Kim Yong market 10' walk.

One of the centrally located hotel in Hatyai which is close to shops, massage parlours, restaurants, night market and Kim Yong market.
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning working well and water pressure strong.
Will return if I visit Hatyai.

Im booked the hotel with Trip.com. When I doing booking with the Trip app, there are doing promotions for the room there have an options for customers to choose single bed or double bed . I choose single bed for my booking. When I checked in that time , the staff told me there only double bed for the deluxe L room. Don’t have any single bed for the deluxe room.
The problem is why the trip.com have an options for customer choose ? It’s will make customer confused.
Conclusion, the hotel not so good.. the furniture quite old, water tap was damaged too.
