Hotel location is strategic. It’s nearby Lee garden and Kim Yong market. Walking time is only 3-5 minutes. Just only a little bit noisy on some room. Overall is nice and clean. Recommend hotel when u travelling to Hatyai.

Those old men at room 513 smoke. The hotel should fine the guests with pea brain for polluting air of others ' room. Why we paid a deluxe room for second hand smoke from others?

Hotel is located at the walking street. Easy to get around for street food, bars and shopping mall. Unfortunately the rooms are aged. Shower head was splitting, bed mattress was sunken, room has strong cigarette smell and the sound proof was so poor can easily hear people walking plus other rooms' TV playingv

Staff is friendly. Location is superb. Room is comfortable and excellent cool aircon with beautiful city view. Nice place to stay, clean , near to a mall, with car park. Walking distance to Lee garden market , a lot foods around the area .. the staff customer service was excellent 💯

Very strategic location, we got the room at old wing when at lobby just walk in front are all shops restaurants and shopping. There's a foot massage shop at lobby too. Bathroom has a big bath tub, water pressure was good.

The hotel is ok, just that it could be quite confusing as to which building of the hotel to check in because the hotel got 2 buildings/receptions. Other than that, it is good.

All are fine except that the parquet floor in the room is quite slippery due to the waxing. If the slippers are placed near to the door, and we get to wear them directly after removing our shoes, it should be fine. Another little issue is the hair conditioner being thick - hard to be squeezed out for application.

Nice location in the heart of the city with lots of stall selling everything from cloths to food.

We stayed at this hotel (Block C) last year. So when I booked this round, I stated Block C in my request. However upon check in, we were told that we have to pay extra 100 baht per night per room to stay in Block C. Apparently it's an upgrade to Superior room. If I remember correctly, toothpaste, toothbrushes & big bottles of body wash, conditioner & shampoo were provided last year. This round no toothbrushes & toothpaste & only a small bottle of body wash, shampoo & conditioner are provided. I requested for extra body wash but were conveniently ignored.
