The Comet hotel Hatfield Location : excellent , just cross opposite to mall Room : comfortable , clean , more room space Overall are Good except the service of receptionist . Receptionist service : the Indian lady attitude was bad , maybe we are Asian. Shouldn’t let guest feel not welcoming :( Last, We really enjoyed it . Recommended this hotel

Great stay with a really comfy bed and attentive staff who helped out when we were checking in much earlier than stated due to a day festival. Somehow these guys must have been magicians as it was located (and our window faced onto) a student accommodation area, and you wouldn't have been able to even tell there were a load of uni students on a Saturday night there they were all so quiet! Had breakfast in the morning and all was good with that too, decent options and a nice space to have it in as well.

The place was renovated and refurbished. Very modern and updated design. Absolutely comfy. Very clean. The bed is soft suited my liking. However, regarding about the amenities, it would be best if they can provide hair conditioner as well.

Nice hotel. Stayed here for four nights. At first, I didn't know what an accessible room was. I just wanted to choose a king-size bed, so I booked a deluxe accessible room on Ctrip. Later, I negotiated with the front desk to change the room. The front desk promised to change if there was a room. I didn't expect that they really changed it on the fourth night. Suddenly I felt a little better. There shouldn't be many choices in Hatfield hotels. This one is still relatively good in all aspects.

The hotel is new, has good facilities, good service, good breakfast, and is located 50 kilometers away from London.

The room is very new, the location is not very good, it is far away from everything, you need to take a taxi or drive to get to the Harry Potter set, it is estimated to take more than an hour by public transportation, the bed is very comfortable, even to have breakfast, you have to go out , very inconvenient on rainy days...you can't use the toothbrush without a refrigerator, but it's much more cost-effective than downtown London
