The attitude of their management is highly unprofessional. They don't return your booking amount if there is an alteration in your programme. It needs a lot of follow ups to get back your booking amount. Moreover the price of the venue is exorbitantly high.

This hotel is excellent. The staff, food, proximity to entry of Kaziranga central zone is very good. We reached around 12 and ordered for lunch. They quickly made food for 9 of us and very good food like home made. Not much spices. Dinner was also good. Breakfast was nice and hotel had a lawn, the kids can enjoy the lawn. Altogether the stay is memorable and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the best stay of our entire trip. We were impressed by all the hotel staff on our trip so far, right from guwahati but the staff at shoolin woods just blew our minds with their hospitality. Each and everyone was smiling, courteous, asked us if we needed help with our itinerary. They even discussed the local cuisine and arranged different Assamese dishes for us to have for dinner. It was all off the menu and they planned and made it just for us. They even managed to get a cake to celebrate my brother's birthday. The hotel is clean, located very close to the central gate and surrounded by greenery. Don't think twice before booking here, you will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Excellent property. We stayed there for one night and loved our stay. The staff is friendly and polite. The back lawns overlook tea gardens. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to avail safari in Central Zone as it is a short ride away. They arrange safari for their guests. Highly recommend.

services was very very poor. It took two hours to serve lunch and three hours above to serve the dinner. Manager was unreliable and lair lady, because of her my child missed elephant riding.Disgusting

This is a new hotel & one of the best budget hotel with basic amenities. The best advantage is its location, its situated at walking distance from the main tourise point and near to most of the gates of natural park. Much recommended if looking for budget hotel

This hotel is just 1km away from the main Bus stand. The scenic beauty around this hotel is mesmerizing. The ambience of the hotel is delectable. Anjana and her colleagues are really polite. Other staff members are also very polite and helpful. Breakfast is OK and have scope of improvement. Rooms are big and clean. Overall a very satisfactory stay.
