For a Marriott property, this was a MAJOR disappointment! I would not recommend this property at all. It felt old, tired and dingey, My room was an upgrade, which seemed nice at first, then I started noticing issues, I had to go down to front desk 7 times! No soap in the bathroom or shower, then no Kleenex and front desk looked and said they didn’t have any ??!! My toilet ran constantly-no one onsite to fix it. The couch in the room had broken springs in it so when you sat on it it made a loud noise and you sank down. The mattress was lumpy-which was surprising as Marriott usually has great beds-not here! The pillows weren’t great either, not the usual down ones. The bathroom floor was kind of dirty-like housekeeping hadn’t swept. Bits of paper and trash on the floor, used napkins on floor behind refrigerator-which, by the way did not have a freezer section. I could go on but you get the idea, a far cry from “Marriott Service” Thus properly is also very hard to find. I stopped at a Courtyard to ask where it was, they didn’t even know and it was only 3 blocks away! I had to call the hotel to ask how to find them. For the price they charge I felt totally gyped! I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and booked here expecting the same Marriott wonderful-ness and was so disappointed! Stay elsewhere until this property is upgraded! Oh, and bring your own soap and Kleenex. Grrr..,
