Great new hotel. Rooms are clean, housekeeping every day, convenience in the form of a 24 hour lobby bar. Pleasant staff. Very varied selection for breakfast. Location is good, but it's a bit far to old Havana.

The hotel new and beautiful but still new no experience staff

Sitting on the balcony outside the room on the 10th floor and looking at the sea is an unparalleled enjoyment

The room is nice and has free wifi. Just don't live opposite the beach, there are shows downstairs every night and it's very noisy 😭, and the breakfast is mainly European breakfast, which is relatively dry.

We have been staying in this hotel since 11.04. to 14.04. 24 three adults, booked a room with 2 beds + a sofa, and received a double bed and an armchair bed without bed linen!!! When we contacted the reception, they told us they couldn’t help us, such a reservation! Please bring a sheet and blanket for your stay at this hotel. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee, water flows from the shower, a puddle all over the room. Breakfast is good, gym too, taxi to the center of Havana, next to a store with alcohol for foreign currency, etc. plus.

The door lock was broken when I checked in. I was given a different room than the one I booked. The front desk said the room I booked was sold out.

I stayed in this hotel once and was quite satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time.

Was passing through for one day. From the outside the hotel is nice. Located on the 1st line of the ocean. The positives include the comfortable room and cleanliness. Everything else does not correspond to the five stars drawn. Starting from the reception, very inconvenient internet, which only worked on the first floor. Wi-Fi did not work in the room. Plus, the Wi-Fi connection system is inconvenient. 5 minutes before checkout the Internet was cut off. There was not a single kiosk, coffee machine or exchanger in the hotel. In the bar, which is only for customers, the coffee is tasteless and they don’t make it for local currency, only with a credit card. In general, only the location on the shore deserves five stars. There was no toilet paper in the room upon check-in. I informed the reception, they brought it the next day an hour before my departure.

The service is not bad, the breakfasts are excellent, upon check-in the room was very dusty, as if no one had been in it for a month, the coffee machine did not work in the shower, the water did not drain, I went to the reception and told the problem, no one solved it, the hotel is very large but there were no people, breakfasts from 7:00, gym open from 8:00
