Comfortable room in a colonial-style hotel in an old mansion. Superb location next to the Malecon in Old Havana. The room is two-tier, the bathroom is on the second floor. Excellent Wi-Fi, worked flawlessly. Air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, safe, TV, etc. The price included a good breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff. I recommend!

We lived in a deluxe room. The room is excellent, spacious, with high ceilings, furnished in a neo-colonial style, with floor-to-ceiling windows leading to a balcony. We are very pleased with the room, shower room, and cleanliness. Breakfast is perhaps more modest than we expected, judging by the reviews, but it was enough for us: omelette with vegetables, fresh tomatoes, ham, cheese, toast, butter, jam, coffee, fruit. The hotel as a whole leaves a pleasant impression: freshly renovated, green courtyard. Located about a kilometer from Prado Boulevard. That is, from the historical part of Havana to get to the hotel you need to go through the areas in which Havanese live with all the flavor inherent in these places. We preferred to walk through the embankment, especially since the street on which the hotel is located goes straight to the Malecon. The guest house is located on a dirty street, approximately the same distance to Old and New Havana, about 2 km. The Malecon promenade is nearby. Breakfast is normal, no frills. The staff speaks English poorly. There were no windows in the room. The main inconvenience is that they don’t give you a key to the front door; you have to ring the bell and wait for it to open. When we arrived, no one answered the bell; we had to wait about 10 minutes. In general, the price-quality does not correspond to the stated price, I would not stay here a second time.

The hotel is in an old house, presumably of Spanish construction, with a normal renovation, unlike those nearby. We had a room with two beds and a large sofa, overlooking the street, a balcony and huge ceilings 5 ​​meters high. There was a specific smell in the room, it’s not clear what (like dampness mixed with sewage), but not sharp, it disappeared after a day. Breakfast is no frills, but quite good. Cheese, ham, toast, fruit, juices, pastries, coffee, tea, milk, scrambled eggs. The area is calm, close to the capitol, but, like everywhere else, the locals are very noisy, screaming in the street in the morning. The room has air conditioning, fan, TV, safe, hairdryer.

Proprietaria antipatici, acqua venduta a 3€ e di dubbia provenienza e stanze sporche,con brutti odori, a cui non arriva l acqua per far la doccia o tirare l acqua del water. Senza considerare che è in una zona veramente molto brutta e malfamata dell'avana! Unico plus è davanti a una scuola di bambini molto dolci
