Decent size room with basic facilities however beware there is no wifi. The staff were the best thing about the accomodation.

Cheap hotel in Havana Old Vieja

The hotel is located near the city centre, that was good. The hotel does not offer much comfort and facilities. The rooms were very basic and also not of very good quality. The good part was that the room had a working air conditioning system. The breakfast was very limited as only one option was provided. The hotel does not have WiFi.

I stayed alone for 2 nights in a twin room. Tripcom said the check-in time was 14:00, so when I arrived at 2:00 pm, I was told that the check-in time would be 4:00 pm, and if I wanted to check in early, I was told that it would be 25 USD, so I decided against it.　 The air conditioner worked in the room, but there were many insects like small flies. The water in the toilet was not flushing and I had it repaired.　 The hot water in the shower was too weak. After waiting for 5 minutes, the hot water finally came out, but it stopped after 3 minutes, so I ended up washing my body with cold water. Breakfast was small but edible. The good thing about it is the location, which is a 3-minute walk from Central Park. The above is true, so I definitely don't recommend it to anyone other than those who are okay with it. Even though it's cheap, I have no intention of using it again.

The option is inexpensive, but the hotel is unkempt and the TV in the room is falling apart. No internet, no hot water, the toilet doesn't flush. Very weak breakfast. I don't recommend it.

Here in the old town, it's the kind of room where you give a door key. The facilities are all OK. Very close to the Plaza de Armas. The price/performance ratio is pretty good. If you choose a better one in this area, it won't be at this price.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, she didn't have a reservation and had to take care of getting my money back. But in the end everything worked out. But unfortunately much too stressful

I am NOT surprised that this hotel does not have more opinions on TripAdvisor because it is no longer what it once was a few years ago, a modest but comfortable little hotel with good service in the middle of Havana. This last time our stay was terrible, starting with the service that declared our previous reservation for two nights as NO SHOW and canceled it despite having explicitly called them twice by phone beforehand to alert them that we would arrive late due to transportation problems and making us have a bad time without later apologizing for their bad work. Rooms without soap, poorly lit, lousy and expensive food. Anyway, NOT recommended.
