What higher standards and requirements can you have in Cuba? Not bad, stayed for four nights, thinking of leaving soon; convenient location 😄

Very bad experience. They charged twice. Ctrip collected it, but the front desk refused to let me check in without payment. They also charged an extra 120 USD. They don't accept cash. Fortunately, I swiped the third card, otherwise I would have to sleep on the street. Although I refunded the money, no one cared about the extra 120 USD!

The bathroom always smells of sewer, there is no switch on the bedside, which is inconvenient, the toilet always has problems, the floor-to-ceiling windows are large, but cannot be opened, basically domestic three-star standards, but the breakfast is very rich.

It's OK. In Cuba, this is barely acceptable. If there is a next time, I will choose a five-star hotel 😂

This is a very good hotel, the best location, high ceilings, large comfortable beds, the breakfast is very good. I didn't think the hotel was so beautiful. Very worthy

The hotel is where you need it if you are interested in Old Havana and want to walk its streets. Very spacious rooms with all amenities. Breakfast and bar service are disgusting, but this is normal for Cuba. There is a little corruption everywhere. Either they will sell water for twice the price, or for a bribe they will offer to extend your room in an empty hotel, although in other places, usually if there are no visitors, then they will calmly accommodate you for a couple of hours, increasing customer loyalty. Bottom line. In Cuba you have to live in a casa particular. But if for some reason you want a hotel, then I recommend this one.
