Also one of the rooms (superior), is more spacious and has direct access to its balcony overlooking the sea and the city, completely independent of the other areas, has a living room, and a terrace, these spaces are very independent from the rest of the Apartment, since it has a dividing wall that at the same time has an independent entrance door to the owner's area, which allows more privacy and independence for the guests and also the owner.
