Very old and kind of not meant for professional travellers, definitely old , breakfast was excellent ,and parking is plentiful. If you dont care about the old style of motel style , everything works, just looks old and needs replacement pretty much everywhere.

Was in good location. Stoppers in sink didnt work properly. Have to struggle to open and close. Shower is pathetic. No water pressure. O guess to save on water but it won't it wash off the soap. Free wife just to browse web pages. Anything more you have wait for long buffering. Has A/C in the room but it's use less. Was running but waste of power as it was doing nothing. Breakfast was included and it was good.

the hotel was clean, but the swimming pool and spa were not very clean and it was broken! lunch with little choice

Very cool! The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, and has a new swimming pool. The hotel owner is Chinese and very hospitable! There are also many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, which is very convenient! recommend!

Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good.

We were on the first floor and because it was a wooden structure the noise from kids jump and running around on the second floor at night was very disturbing and disruptive.

The floors were very dirty and there was no room cleaning service. Same eggs and sausages at breakfast. The bed coverings were very thin and wouldn’t keep anything warm. The couch has seen better days. Staff working the kitchen area sat on their phones and we had to go to the front desk and ask the staff if they could find someone to make coffe. Worst hotel I have ever been in and next time I will book with Hilton in Ottawa or Montreal and commute each day. I will not be ever at a quality inn again

The water wasnt working most of our stay, the website said room service, which they didnt offer. Staff was fine, breakfast was also fine.

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from , many options. Enjoyed the aple juice, scramble eggs and sausages.

Really disappointed in the lack of customer service and friendliness we were travelling with young children , mind you it’s new year eve we knew there was a possibility of people drinking parties but 4am blasting music fighting we called fron

I liked the free parking and easy access to many box stores. The reception could have been a little more enthusiastic or eager to please or welcome repeat guests. Our bed was very comfortable and room had all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, room decor looked a little dated.

Better than expected! Staff was terrific, everything was clean and comfortable. Very good value. Thank you!

The Quality Inn was very well located. It was close to the hospital, at which we had appointments and walkable to shopping. Great stores and Great location
