Randy (night desk person) went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Locating food in this small community later in the evening is next to impossible! Randy was friendly, helpful, and cooked us pizza at midnight!

1st room wasn’t cleaned at all 2nd room - beds half made, 3 towels, dirty bathroom, horrible pillows, musty and damp, smelled like urine, shower didn’t drain - water up past ankles, sink didn’t drain, Kleenex empty Breakfast - Juice out of order, no paper towels/napkins, expired breakfast bars, coffee lids didn’t fit coffee cups

The rooms are clean, sheets very comfortable and friendly staff. The hotel lobby is spacious and welcoming to sit and relax. This is our seventh time staying at this property on an annual basis for the Hawley Rodeo since 2017. We enjoy the community and like the convenience to Fargo and small town charm with a great coffee shop close by Fill the Cup.

I would stay here again, no complaints. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room big and clean and the hot tub very relaxing. Excellent coffee as well! I wish I could have stayed for more than just the weekend!

There was a known issue with the hot water, but we were not informed at the time of check-in. One of the rooms had a very bad odor. I was given a $20 per room discount, but then later charged a fee of $250 and when we call they have no answers as to what that was charge was for. It was just awful just awful.

great place, very friendly and helpful staff, it was decorated for the Holidays on every floor, meeting rooms, and entrance. Check-in and out went very quickly and smoothly, clean rooms, and very comfortable beds.

I would stay in Hawley and make a day trip to Fargo or Detroit Lakes. This hotel is worth it! We were only going to stay one night, but the environment was so welcoming that we booked another night. Oh! And the hot tub is nice and hot!

Everything was great other than the inoperative television which was reported upon check in. Was not rectified during our two days and nights. This is why I would not recommend this establishment. I will give good ratings to other aspects of this place.
