The room is big enough for family use, but the bar downstairs is too noisy and does not consider the guest's experience at all. The air conditioning and sanitary facilities are too old, and the bathroom is too cold in winter.

Was abit noisy but im from the country so not used to traffic noise . Not too noisy i suppose considering its above a pub

The room was clean. really nice meals downstairs at the Hotel. As this is an older building there are only stairs to the upper level. The staff were nice and friendly. limited parking spaces out the back for guests. Overall, I would stay there again.

The lovely feel of the hotel, high ceilings large rooms comfortable bed large bathroom and spotlessly clean. The proximity to the great Glenferrie Road shops and cafes a bonus.
